Hiring a makeup artist and hairstylist for your wedding day is an important part of wedding day preparation. A professional makeup artist and hairstylist will ensure that you look your best on your special day. They will also be able to help you create a unique look, ensuring that your wedding day look is exactly how you want it to be. Additionally, a professional artist and hairstylist can help to reduce stress on the day, as they will be able to take care of all the details for you. Finally, your makeup and hairstyle will be long-lasting and will not need to be redone or touched up throughout the day.

1. Research local makeup artists and hairstylists - Look for reviews online, read through portfolios, and ask friends and family for recommendations.
2. Set up consultations - Once you've narrowed down your list, set up consultations with your top choices. Make sure to bring pictures of what you're envisioning for your look, as well as your dress and other accessories, so the artist can get a better idea of what you're looking for.
3. Ask questions - During the consultations, ask the artist questions about their experience, prices, and methods. If you feel comfortable with the artist, book them for your wedding day.
4. Schedule a trial run - Schedule a trial run with the artist a few weeks before your wedding. This will give you a chance to see how the makeup and hairstyle will look on you and make any necessary adjustments. -
Hiring one company for makeup and hair can help to ensure a consistent look and feel for the overall style. This can be especially important for events where everyone needs to look their best, such as weddings, proms, and other formal events. Having one team of makeup artists and hair stylists who are familiar with each other's work can help create a cohesive look for the entire event. Additionally, it can help to streamline the process and make sure that everyone is ready on time.

Yes, we do require a 50% retainer fee to secure your special date which is then put towards your total invoice. We often have 3-5 inquiries per wedding date during prime wedding season, this is why we highly recommend booking early.

I use a wide range of products from many different brands. I do not solely use one Makeup brand company, as I believe each company has a distinct product that they pride themselves on or that I find to favor in most companies. Only high-quality and high-performance products are in my kit to ensure your makeup is flawless on camera. All products are tested for performance prior to making it into my collections. Please contact me with any questions regarding allergies at your party.
I only use the best products that I've personally had experience with myself to ensure their performance is up to quality. The main brands that I use in my kit are MAC, Makeup Forever, Laura Mercier, NARS, Bobbi Brown, Chanel, Hourglass, INGLOT, Smashbox, Dior, Revlon, Rimmel, etc. Other brands and products are always added throughout time as well. Skincare prep is also a crucial part of the application process to ensure your makeup holds up well throughout the day. Skincare products that are used for prep are Shiseido, La Mer, Laniege, and the body shop. (Brands and products are always added and rotated throughout time). -
Your makeup application will last all day without needing any touch-ups with the exception of lips (due to eating/drinking etc) As professional makeup artists, we are able to apply and set your makeup to ensure it looks as beautiful in the first hour as it does in the 8th hour.

I start booking a year and a half in advance so the sooner, the better! Wedding planning can sometimes be a nightmare (or so I have been told by previous brides). In my opinion, getting hair and makeup services seems to be the cheapest and easiest part of planning a wedding, I would recommend getting that out of the way, and hopefully, that will ease some stress.

I do offer bridal trials and would highly recommend them. Our bridal trials run from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This allows the bride a hair and makeup session in a relaxed environment. You will bring photos of hairstyles and makeup that you like. We also ask that you bring a photo of your wedding dress so that we can work with different styles that you will be happy with on your wedding day. This also allows you to wear the makeup for the day to see how it feels and hold up in preparation for your wedding day. Then come the day of your wedding everything will be a breeze!

As far as you need me! My travel fee is based on location and distance.

Due to the extremely high volume of clients, there may be other appointments on your wedding day. If you have booked already and paid your 50% retainer fee, I personally will be there every step of your journey including the trial run and the day of your wedding. However, if I am booked that day, I will let you know ahead of time and will set you up with my team of highly specialized artists.

You will have a set start time which will be determined by the number of services that you have booked, your photographer's arrival time for “getting ready” pictures, and your departure time.
If you have multiple people in your bridal party that will be having services done, I ask that everyone arrive at the set start time and come prepared with hair that was washed the day before and make sure that your hair is completely dried and a fresh face for makeup. I like to have everyone there and ready so things go smoothly on both ends. -
Absolutely. A true professional makeup application will last the full duration of your event. Not only are the eyes and skin prepared with the proper skin care and priming products, but you will be set and finished with professional powders and sprays that seal in and help fix the makeup in place. All the products in between the prepping and sealing are chosen for longevity and high performance in all tear/sweat and weather conditions.

In my opinion, false eyelashes complete a full makeup look. It is the finishing touch that adds that extra glam and sparkle to any look whether it be natural or dramatic. If you wear lash extensions, your may opt out of having additional false lashes applied.
False lashes are extras in all my services. I use faux mink lashes, styles vary from natural to dramatic. (I no longer use human hair lashes, such as Ardell in my kit, but will be available by request with notice.) -
Both hair and makeup application are scheduled for 45 minutes each. This ensures proper application with no rush or hurry. The same time is allocated for other members of the bridal party or mother etc.,

Hair salons are not a good choice for your wedding day because they are often busy on Saturdays, the most popular day for weddings. Hair salons are also not equipped with the necessary space and resources to accommodate a large wedding party. Furthermore, it can be difficult to know if the stylists will be able to provide the desired hair styles for each member of the bridal party within the necessary time frame.
Also, you need to know that hair salons usually focus mostly on cutting and coloring not on styling. And, their schedule is never on time even if they say starting time would be 9 am there might be another client that shows up before you and they are still working on their hair so you can expect to start later than planned and finish your hair later then planed which can result of getting late with all your other planned schedule and it would become a stressful situation for the bride and bridal party and you can miss important key for the wedding day like photoshoots with your bridal party.
